EASY at Work is a 15 unit instructional video series  that focuses on the language and communication skills that are important for workers in the Service, Hospitality and Visitor-Serving Industries.  The content is designed for high beginner to advanced English Language (ESL) Learners and for English speakers to develop workplace communication and winning customer service skills and attitudes.
